Zivoe today announced that it has joined CMC Labs, a CoinMarketCap program that supports selected companies through strategic growth initiatives and access to CoinMarketCap's platform and channels.

Across financial markets, institutions are exploring tokenized settlement, collateral, and securities. These developments are creating a more connected financial system in which capital can move more efficiently across platforms and markets.

For Zivoe, the opportunity is to make private credit part of that evolution. Zivoe is building a private credit platform that connects stablecoin and institutional capital with real-world private-credit strategies. The platform is designed to apply disciplined underwriting, servicing, and risk-management standards across strategies, while using different blockchain networks as distribution and liquidity rails.

Following its migration to tokenization infrastructure powered by Centrifuge, Zivoe has upgraded the systems supporting its private credit platform. The company's focus is now shifting toward enhanced reporting, capital formation, and broader distribution for qualified participants.

"Zivoe has built its platform with the discipline institutional participants expect," said Rush, CEO of CoinMarketCap. "Through CMC Labs, we support the team as they expand into new markets."

"Tokenization is only the starting point. The real opportunity is building a private credit platform that can connect credit with capital across markets without having to rebuild the platform for every market," said Kristal Gruevski, founder and CEO of Zivoe. "We have built the foundation, and now it is time to scale. CMC Labs understands what we are building and can help us bring it to a broader market. The model is designed to scale: one private credit platform, multiple strategies, supported by multiple distribution and liquidity rails."

CMC Labs will support Zivoe as it broadens institutional reach, develops new distribution pathways, and extends its private credit platform into additional markets.
