Badger DAO

Coinbase is set to suspend trading in Badger DAO and Storj on September 28, pulling both tokens from its trading interface on that date. The move affects buy and sell access for the two assets on the exchange, and users holding either token should track Coinbase's own channels for exact timing.
The suspension covers two named markets: Badger DAO and Storj. September 28 is the stated cutoff, per reporting on the planned suspension. This is framed as a trading suspension on Coinbase, not a confirmed broader delisting or network-level change. Coinbase has trimmed its market lineup before, including a round in which it removed 80 spot trading pairs from its order books. The Badger DAO and Storj suspension fits that pattern of periodic market housekeeping rather than a one-off event.
What changes for Coinbase users on September 28

The immediate, concrete effect is loss of trading access for Badger DAO and Storj on Coinbase once the suspension takes hold. Traders will not be able to place buy or sell orders for these pairs on the platform after the cutoff.
The impact stays platform-specific. The available evidence does not support claims about wallet withdrawals, custody changes, or network activity for either token, so those questions remain open until Coinbase clarifies them.
Anyone with open positions or standing orders should monitor operational updates on the Coinbase status page for precise timing and any follow-up notices. Order-execution behavior around the exact cutoff is the detail worth watching most closely.
Coinbase remains the entry point for a range of new and existing markets, from token listings such as Basecat to broader product launches, so periodic pair removals sit alongside continued additions elsewhere on the exchange.

What is still unconfirmed

The current research set does not confirm a price reaction for either Badger DAO or Storj tied to the announcement. No verified market data, expert commentary, or official reason for the suspension is established at this stage.
Because of that, there is no supported basis here for claims about regulation, on-chain flows, or analyst reaction. Coinbase's public posture around its business, including recent moves like a crypto-backed mortgage product, is separate from the specifics of why these two tokens are being suspended.
What to watch next: Coinbase's official notices ahead of September 28 for the exact suspension time, any guidance on holdings, and whether trading is later restored or the tokens are removed entirely. Until those details are published, treat the reason and market impact as unconfirmed.
