TLDR KEYPOINTS

Upbit added new trading pairs for BICO, BMT, NIL, and GWEI.

The listings cover both the BTC and USDT quote markets.

This is an exchange listing update, not a protocol or token launch.

What Upbit announced for BICO, BMT, NIL, and GWEI

The update is an Upbit exchange listing that opens trading for four tokens: BICO, BMT, NIL, and GWEI, as reported by Crypto Briefing. Each token becomes available against two quote assets on the platform. For related coverage, see Upbit Lists HeyElsa on KRW, BTC, USDT Markets.

The two quote markets involved are Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT), meaning traders can access each of the four assets using either quote currency. Live prices for the underlying tokens are tracked on market data feeds. For related coverage, see Upbit Lists Boundless (ZKC) for Trading Pairs.

Why BTC and USDT pair listings matter

The confirmed change concerns new trading pairs rather than any protocol announcement from the four projects. BTC and USDT are core quote assets that crypto traders commonly use to enter and exit positions. For related coverage, see Upbit Lists HeyElsa on KRW, BTC, USDT Markets.

Adding pairs across both markets gives traders more routes to buy or sell the tokens and can broaden the assets' visibility on a major exchange. Upbit has followed a similar pattern in recent listings, including when it opened new BTC and USDT pairs for four tokens and when it listed FLUID across KRW, BTC, and USDT markets.

No claims about immediate price impact or trading volume can be drawn from the available information, which confirms only the listing itself.

What traders should watch next

Readers following this update will want to monitor how the newly added BICO, BMT, NIL, and GWEI pairs trade on Upbit once live across the BTC and USDT markets. The listing spans multiple assets, so execution details differ from pair to pair.

Traders should verify the exact pair availability and any trading conditions directly on the exchange before acting, as Upbit has done with other recent additions such as its Meteora token listing. The core confirmed fact remains that BICO, BMT, NIL, and GWEI now have BTC and USDT pairs on the platform.
