A formal vote by shareholders seeking greater value resolution led the organisation to its end game.</p><p style="text-align: justify">Satsuma will return cash to shareholders using a specialized legal mechanism, though ordinary shareholders should brace for limited recoveries. The approval process is now contingent upon forthcoming high court hearings, with the delisting expected by mid-September 2026.
