Binance Futures, the derivatives arm of the world's largest crypto exchange by trading volume, announced the listings on Jul. 2 and rolled out eight stock-linked perpetual contracts in a single batch. Trading opened on a staggered schedule, with the STRC pair going live first at 09:15 UTC. The Take-Two contract followed 25 minutes later in the same launch window.
Each contract settles in USDT(USDT), trades 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and carries maximum leverage of 25x, with funding fees processed every eight hours and capped at 2% in either direction. The exchange said the additions are meant to widen the range of trading choices on its futures platform and give users leveraged equity exposure without the account minimums or market hours of a traditional brokerage.
The batch also includes Caterpillar, Texas Instruments, Flex, Teradyne, Italian app developer Bending Spoons, and a KraneShares exchange-traded fund that tracks the 50 largest technology names on Shanghai's STAR Market.

The launch lands just days after Strategy, the largest corporate Bitcoin(BTC) holder, unveiled a capital overhaul aimed at shoring up confidence in its preferred securities. The Jun. 29 framework raised the STRC dividend to 12%, disclosed a $2.55 billion dollar reserve, and authorized up to $2 billion in buybacks. The preferred stock jumped more than 11% when the plan surfaced and reportedly closed near $87.46 on Wednesday.
Strategy also approved a monetization program that allows Bitcoin sales to fund preferred dividends and interest payments. STRC still trades below the $100 stated value that the company wants the instrument to hold, with management reviewing the dividend rate monthly to keep it there.
Take-Two is riding a different wave. Rockstar Gamesconfirmed a Nov. 19 release for Grand Theft Auto 6, priced at $79.99 for the standard edition, and pre-orders opened on Jun. 25.
Morningstar analysts expect the title to sell 60 million to 70 million copies in the publisher's 2027 fiscal year, following pre-order demand that pushed the stock higher last week.
The listings extend a product push that has defined Binance's 2026 roadmap, one that keeps pulling traditional markets onto crypto rails. The exchange introduced pre-IPO perpetuals tied to SpaceX in May and has steadily widened its derivatives menu beyond digital assets over the past year, moving from precious metals and energy contracts into individual equities.
