New platform introduces permissionless market creation and up to 2.5x leverage for event-based trading
Premu, a decentralized prediction market platform, today announced the launch of its event-trading infrastructure, introducing user-created prediction markets and leveraged event trading capabilities of up to 2.5x.
The launch comes as prediction markets continue to attract growing attention from traders, analysts, and market participants seeking exposure to real-world events across sectors including cryptocurrency, politics, sports, economics, artificial intelligence, and global affairs.
Premu's platform enables participants to create and trade prediction markets directly, expanding beyond traditional models that rely on centrally curated market listings. According to the company, this approach allows new markets to emerge in response to community demand, breaking news, and evolving narratives.

"Prediction markets are evolving rapidly, and users increasingly expect greater flexibility in how markets are created and traded," said Chadi F, CTO at Premu. "Our goal is to provide infrastructure that enables community-driven market creation while introducing additional capital-efficiency tools for event traders."

Among the features introduced with the launch are:

User-created prediction markets that allow participants to launch new event contracts

Leveraged event trading with positions of up to 2.5x

Decentralized infrastructure designed to support transparent, on-chain market activity

Access to markets across categories including cryptocurrency, politics, sports, technology, economics, artificial intelligence, and global events

The launch arrives during a period of rapid growth for the prediction market industry. As participation increases, traders are evaluating different approaches to event-based markets, from regulated exchanges to decentralized protocols. Industry discussions frequently focus on topics such as the search for a Polymarket alternative, the role of community-created markets, and the balance between accessibility and compliance across competing platforms.
Comparisons between different models have also become increasingly common. Discussions surrounding Polymarket vs Kalshi, for example, have highlighted broader questions about market structure, user access, regulatory frameworks, and the future direction of prediction markets. Premu enters this landscape with a decentralized approach centered on permissionless market creation and expanded trading functionality.
The company says its platform is designed to reduce friction for users seeking streamlined access to prediction markets. As decentralized platforms continue to evolve, some market participants have expressed growing interest in no KYC trading environments that prioritize open participation while leveraging blockchain-based infrastructure.
Prediction markets have increasingly been viewed as a mechanism for aggregating information, forecasting future outcomes, and capturing market sentiment across a broad range of subjects. Industry observers expect continued innovation in market design, trading mechanics, and community participation as the sector matures.
Premu believes that user-created markets, decentralized infrastructure, and capital-efficient trading tools will play an important role in the next phase of industry development. By combining permissionless market creation with leveraged event trading, the company aims to provide an expanded set of tools for users participating in event-driven markets.
The Premu platform is available globally through its web application at https://premu.xyz.
