What Is AdvCash / Volet.com?

AdvCash — now operating as Volet.com — is a multi-currency digital wallet and international payment platform founded in 2014 by Advanced Cash Limited, licensed by the Belize Financial Services Commission (License FSC 000107/455). On March 26, 2024, the company officially rebranded all accounts and services to the Volet.com brand, incorporated a Canadian entity to expand its regulatory footprint, and launched several new features including a built-in crypto swap tool, native crypto wallets, and local bank transfer support across 20+ currencies.

Despite the rebrand, the wallet functions identically to what AdvCash users knew. The core product is a multi-currency e-wallet that allows users to hold balances in multiple fiat currencies simultaneously, send and receive money internationally, buy and hold cryptocurrencies, and spend via a Visa or Mastercard debit card. Its primary appeal has always been accessibility: AdvCash/Volet accepts users from regions where traditional banking is limited, and provides fiat-to-crypto conversion that major regulated exchanges may not offer in certain jurisdictions.

Known partners include Binance, Kraken, BitGo, and dozens of other cryptocurrency platforms that accept AdvCash/Volet deposits and withdrawals.

AdvCash (Volet.com) vs Other E-Wallets

AdvCash/Volet occupies a specific niche: fiat-crypto bridge wallet for users in emerging markets and crypto traders who need flexible international payment rails.

AdvCash/Volet’s primary advantages are its crypto exchange integrations and emerging-market accessibility. Its primary disadvantages versus Wise or PayPal are its lighter regulatory framework (Belize FSC vs UK FCA or US regulation) and relatively higher card fees.

AdvCash / Volet.com Key Features

Multi-currency wallets Volet.com supports simultaneous balances in USD, EUR, GBP, RUB, TRY, BRL, UAH, and 15+ additional fiat currencies. Users can hold multiple currency wallets within one account, enabling instant internal conversion at market exchange rates with no conversion fee charged by Volet (third-party rates apply).

Crypto wallets (new under Volet) Following the rebrand, Volet added native crypto wallet support for BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20), USDC, LTC, and other assets. Previously, AdvCash only allowed fiat-to-crypto conversion; the new native wallets allow users to hold crypto balances directly within the platform alongside their fiat wallets.

Built-in crypto swap Volet.com introduced a built-in crypto swap tool connected directly to the wallet — allowing users to exchange between supported cryptocurrencies within the platform without routing to an external exchange.

Virtual and physical debit cards Volet.com issues both virtual and physical Visa and Mastercard debit cards. Cards are funded from fiat wallet balances — users must manually transfer from their fiat wallet to the card. Crypto holdings cannot be directly loaded to the card without first converting to fiat. The physical card carries an issuance fee of $90 USD with a maximum daily load of $10,000 and a maximum monthly deposit of $250,000 post-verification.

Mass payouts (B2B) Volet.com supports bulk payment processing for businesses, making it a tool for freelancer platforms, online casinos, high-risk merchants, and international payroll services that need to send multiple payments to users across different countries simultaneously.

International bank transfers SEPA (EUR), SWIFT (USD/EUR/GBP), and local bank transfer support across 20+ currencies. SEPA deposits carry a €1 flat fee — competitive versus alternatives. SWIFT transfers may incur additional correspondent bank fees outside Volet’s control.

Crypto exchange connectivity Volet.com/AdvCash is accepted as a deposit and withdrawal method on major cryptocurrency exchanges including Binance, Kraken, Bitget, HTX, and several others. This connectivity has been the primary reason crypto traders in regions with limited banking options have used AdvCash/Volet for years.

Volet.com does not charge a subscription or service fee. Revenue comes from transaction fees and card issuance. Internal transfers between Volet users are entirely free — making it efficient for users who transact frequently within the same ecosystem.

The $1/month inactivity fee (triggered after 6 consecutive months without any transaction) resets with any single transaction — deposit, withdrawal, or P2P transfer.

Is AdvCash / Volet.com Safe?

Regulatory status: Advanced Cash Limited is licensed by the Belize Financial Services Commission (License FSC 000107/455). Following the rebrand to Volet.com in March 2024, the company also incorporated in Canada. Belize FSC is a lighter regulatory framework than UK FCA or EU oversight — users outside its jurisdiction have limited recourse in case of disputes compared to EU/UK-regulated alternatives.

Security infrastructure: Volet.com operates multi-tier account protection including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), DDoS mitigation, and a dedicated firewall. The company states it has processed payments for 10M+ users across 150+ countries since 2014 without a fundamental security breach.

Sanctions context: In 2022, multiple sources reported that AdvCash had been restricted or delisted by several European payment processors following financial sanctions activity. AdvCash was identified as being used for transactions by sanctioned entities in some reports. The company has denied complicity but the reports contributed to the rebranding narrative. Users in sanctioned jurisdictions should verify current availability independently.

Practical safety assessment: For small-to-medium crypto trading volumes and international money transfers, AdvCash/Volet has a 10-year operational track record without a major security breach. Its lighter regulatory framework compared to Wise, PayPal, or Revolut means users bear more counterparty risk. It is not recommended for large long-term balance storage.

How to Access AdvCash as Volet.com

For existing AdvCash users: log in at account.volet.com using your existing AdvCash email and password. All balances, transaction history, and account settings are preserved exactly as they were.

For new users: register at volet.com — the account creation process is the same as AdvCash’s was, with KYC verification required for higher transaction limits and card access.

There is no separate AdvCash app — the AdvCash mobile interface redirects to or becomes the Volet mobile platform. The official login URL is wallet.advcash.com (which redirects to Volet) or account.volet.com directly.
