Institutional adoption happens along with tokenization. This partnership is basically built on strengthening the privacy of users around the world.

Security always remains one of the most important aspects in the development of successful growth around the world. Because every investor’s positions, fund allocations, transaction activity, settlement flow, lending terms, and commercial arrangements often cannot be exposed publicly. Public blockchains introduced transparency, which is the utmost need of institutional finance. These fintech firms are enabling secure off-chain computation via trusted execution environments, including Intel TDX.

This grouping focuses on confidential computing in order to ensure private RWA issuance, protected on-chain financial operations, selective disclosure, and future institutional-grade tokenized products. This alliance is going to handle the most important need of users and make them free of worries in this regard. Both platforms are well-developed and efficient in providing trusted and productive services for the welfare of mankind.

Privacy ensures the proper functioning of the program along with users’ trust. Financial products are not only issued. They are subscribed to, traded, serviced, settled, reported on, audited, redeemed, and managed across multiple participants. Both Real and iExec have a division of labor among them in order to pinpoint the exact problem and provide a satisfactory solution to users. The ultimate goal is to make transparency controlled, permissioned, and suitable for regulated markets.

The collaboration of Real and iExec is actively solving this problem and comes to the market with a proper solution that aids real operational needs, such as Confidential investor allocations, Encrypted transaction flows, Private subscriptions and redemptions, and dividend and interest distribution. Particularly, both partners are going to start high-level technical and integration discussions around several areas of potential collaboration.
