The crypto market is under pressure today — total market cap is down to $2.56T. Sentiment is sitting at Fear & Greed 39, and most altcoins are bleeding harder than BTC.
But not everything is red. The top crypto gainers today, HYPE, DEXE, ZEC, VVV, and Humanity, are all posting gains today, moving against the broader trend.
This news breaks down exactly why these gainers today are up in last 24 hpurs— what's driving the move, what happened recently, and whether there's real substance behind the price action.

Crypto Market Snapshot: Liquidations and Fear Weigh on Market

The crypto market is down today — total market cap sitting at $2.56T, down 1.32%. Bitcoin pulled back hard after the CLARITY Act update and took a wave of long positions with it. Those liquidations hurt fast.
Sentiment is bearish with Fear & Greed at 39, meaning traders are nervous and pulling back. Altcoins are getting hit even harder than Bitcoin, which is never a good sign.
Bottom line — liquidations, weak confidence, and macro pressure are all hitting at once.
