In this case, the new HYPE markets focus on rapid five-minute outcomes.Hyperliquid recently launched outcome contracts through HIP-4, allowing binary markets that settle at 0 or 1. These contracts differ from perpetual futures, as they do not use leverage or liquidation mechanics. In recent reporting, Hyperliquid’s HIP-4 event contracts recorded 6.05 million contracts in nominal day-one prediction market volume on mainnet. The launch introduced BTC daily binary markets, giving traders yes-or-no exposure to defined Bitcoin outcomes.
