Kaspa price has spent months under pressure, and the latest KAS chart read paints a market that still looks stuck in a bearish phase. The core message from the video is simple. KAS price cannot be called bullish yet, even after brief rallies, because the bigger trend still points down and key moving averages have not turned in its favor.

That matters because short-term bounces can easily trap buyers when the broader structure remains weak. The recent move above the 50-day moving average gave KAS some relief, but that relief did not last. Price moved back below that level, and the longer-term 200-day moving average still points lower. That combination tells a very different story from a true bullish reversal.

A look at the KAS price structure shows why the analyst remains cautious. The chart setup described in the video points to a bear flag. That usually means the market pauses after a drop, then risks another move lower if support gives way.

Crypto MindSet argues that KAS price may still have unfinished downside before any real recovery begins. The analyst points to the 200-day moving average slope as one of the biggest warning signs. When that line keeps trending lower, and price stays below it, the market usually remains in a bearish environment.

Another issue deserves attention. The death cross that appeared back in September 2025 still hangs over the chart. That signal alone does not decide everything, but it adds to the bearish case when price action stays weak for months after it appears.

A Drop Toward Major Support Could Help Kaspa Find A Real Bottom

Crypto MindSet believes Kaspa may need one more deep move before the market can build a meaningful base. The video points to a possible move toward the $0.005 area, with $0.01 also described as an important zone where KAS price could try to form a durable bottom.

That does not mean the market must hit the lowest target exactly. What matters more is the structure around that zone. If KAS reaches those levels and begins to build a double bottom or even a triple bottom, that would give analysts a stronger reason to believe the worst part of the decline may be close to over.

Historical market cycles often work this way. A coin falls for months, sentiment breaks down, price tests a major support region, then the real repair process begins. Kaspa may still be somewhere in that painful middle stage.

The Real Bullish Signal for KAS Price Would Come From Trend Reversal Confirmation

Crypto MindSet makes one point again and again throughout the video. Kaspa will not truly flip bullish until the trend indicators start turning up on higher timeframes.

The analyst says the ideal sequence would look like this: KAS price bottoms out, trades sideways for a period, the 50-week moving average flattens, then starts turning higher, and price finally breaks above it. That would give Kaspa a much stronger bullish case than any short-term bounce can offer today.

Momentum confirmation matters too. Crypto MindSet places heavy focus on the monthly stochastic cross. The view from the video is clear. As long as that monthly momentum measure stays trapped in bearish territory, KAS price is unlikely to begin a real bull market. Once that cross finally turns up, the odds of a lasting recovery improve a lot.

Why 2026 Could Be The Year Kaspa Finally Turns Bullish

Crypto MindSet believes 2026 makes the most sense for a true KAS price reversal, though early 2027 is mentioned as a fallback scenario. The logic is based on timing. Kaspa entered its bear market early, so it may also complete its bottoming process earlier than some other altcoins.

That timeline still depends on confirmation. KAS price must stop making weaker structures, hold a major support zone, reclaim important moving averages, and show a monthly momentum turn. Without those signals, any bullish call would look premature.
