The altcoin market may soon experience a significant rally as a Cup and Handle formation emerges on the #TOTAL3 chart. This chart represents the total market cap of altcoins, excluding Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The Cup and Handle pattern is typically considered a bullish signal, suggesting that the altcoin market is preparing for a potential breakout.
A Cup and Handle formation consists of a rounded bottom followed by a consolidation phase that forms the “handle.” Once this formation completes, it is often followed by a breakout, leading to a price increase.

Despite current market sentiment being influenced by fear, the data remains promising. Historically, periods of fear and uncertainty in the market have often led to eventual rebounds.
The Cup and Handle pattern could indicate that the altcoin market is preparing for such a rebound, as it reflects strong bullish signals.
In recent months, the #TOTAL3 chart has shown an upward trend, with altcoin prices increasing steadily. If the pattern continues to develop as expected, the market could see a major breakout that drives altcoin prices to new highs.
Meanwhile, the Cup and Handle formation on the #TOTAL3 chart suggests that the altcoin market could soon see a major surge. While there are uncertainties around the timing of this rally, technical indicators point toward potential growth.
