Bitwise is turning heads with its latest forecast, suggesting that Bitcoin will break the four‑year cycle pattern and reach new all‑time highs in 2026. Traditionally, Bitcoin has followed a cyclical uptick tied to halving events, but Bitwise’s analysis implies an extended surge that could defy typical timing. Traders and investors are watching closely as this forecast adds fuel to a bullish narrative for BTC.

This optimistic outlook comes amid growing institutional interest and continued adoption of Bitcoin as a digital store of value. If Bitcoin truly breaks its historical cycle, it could signal a paradigm shift in how market participants view long‑term crypto momentum.

While Bitcoin leads the bullish charge, Bitwise also highlighted the conditional upside for Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL). According to the prediction, both assets could reach new all‑time highs if the CLARITY Act is passed. This proposed legislation aims to provide clearer regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrencies in the United States.

The CLARITY Act is designed to define how digital assets are regulated, potentially reducing uncertainty for exchanges and institutional players. Clearer rules could boost confidence across the market, allowing assets like ETH and SOL to gain traction among mainstream investors.

Investors are particularly focused on how Solana’s high throughput and low costs could attract decentralized finance (DeFi) growth, while Ethereum’s ongoing upgrades continue to enhance its scalability and efficiency.

Bullish Sentiment Grows With Regulatory Tailwinds

The possibility of new regulatory clarity is already shaping market expectations. The mere anticipation of the CLARITY Act has sparked renewed interest, driving prices higher across major crypto assets. Analysts believe that if the Act moves forward, renewed inflows could flood the market as funds and institutions gain comfort in compliance.

Bitwise’s forecast isn’t just about price targets — it reflects a broader narrative that crypto markets may enter a new phase led by regulation and institutional participation. For many investors, that signals a maturing industry where long‑term adoption could drive sustained growth rather than short‑lived cycles.
