Greece, December 4th, 2025 – Anodos Labs, the fintech company building next-generation financial solutions powered by the XRP Ledger, today announced the launch of Anodos Wallet, an embedded wallet solution that removes the traditional Web3 onboarding complexity and replaces it with the familiar simplicity of a standard sign-up or sign-in experience. Users can now create a self-custodial account on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) via https://dex.anodos.finance in seconds instead of minutes, secured by the device biometrics via Passkeys.
“It has been a long-time debate in the blockchain space of how to facilitate mass adoption”, said Panos Mekras CEO and Co-Founder of Anodos Labs. “On average, it is safe to say that creating a wallet for non-crypto natives takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes and is a massive friction point before they even take on the crypto journey. Now with our solution, that’s over. Users can now sign up with little to no fear or apprehension, as this wallet is as familiar as any other sign-up procedure, if not easier. The power of the XRPL is now invisible, but powerful for the everyday user.”
“From day one, our mission has been to move away from the crypto-jargon and Web3 complexities that have held this industry back,” said Peter Condilis, CSO and Co-Founder of Anodos Labs. “Without broad participation, the entire blockchain ecosystem suffers, DeFi activity stagnates, innovation is stifled, and true mass adoption remains out of reach. Ease of use shouldn’t be a feature but the foundation. If we want billions to join this movement, onboarding must feel as simple and familiar as any modern app. That is exactly what we’re delivering.”

Partnership with Palisade

Anodos Labs has teamed up with Palisade, recently acquired by Ripple, to develop this wallet, integrating their Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology. They have been working together for over a year to bring this solution to life. This partnership ensures enhanced security by distributing key management across multiple parties, minimizing risks. Palisade’s expertise provides a scalable, trusted foundation, aligning with our vision to create a secure and user-centric wallet solution on XRPL.
Tom Kiddle, Co-Founder of Palisade commented, “We’ve been fans of the Anodos team for many years and have supported their vision from the beginning. Their commitment to making Web3 accessible to the masses aligns perfectly with what we’re building at Palisade. Our main ambition has always been to make it as easy as possible for product teams to provide highly secure wallets to their users, removing the technical complexity without compromising on security. Our Passkey wallet product is the perfect fit for what Anodos is building, where both institutional-grade security and seamless Web3 onboarding are critical. This launch represents a major step forward in eliminating the friction that has traditionally kept mainstream users from engaging with blockchain technology.”

The Advantages of Passkeys: Security Meets Simplicity

Passkeys deliver unparalleled benefits, blending top-tier security with convenience. Leveraging biometrics such as fingerprint or facial recognition, they protect against phishing and unauthorized access, surpassing traditional passwords. This enhances user trust and security, providing a robust yet effortless way to safeguard assets, making onchain finance accessible without compromising safety.

Launch Incentives: Rewards and the #AnodosChallenge

To celebrate this monumental launch and accelerate mass adoption, Anodos Labs is “putting an open challenge to the XRP community and first-time users” along with additional rewards and incentives:
$25 Sign-Up Bonus: The first 25 individuals who successfully create their Anodos Wallet on https://dex.anodos.finance/ and complete the initial setup with account activation (1 XRP) will each receive a $25 bonus deposited directly into their new account.
The 10-Day #AnodosChallenge: Anodos Labs is launching a social media challenge to prove the speed and simplicity of the new onboarding flow.

The Challenge: Record your screen (desktop or mobile) as you create an Anodos Wallet account. The timer starts the moment you tap “Create a new account” and ends the moment your account is successfully created. Your video must show this full process from start to finish without cuts.

How to Enter: Share the video on X (formerly Twitter) using the hashtag #AnodosChallenge.

The Prize: The fastest account creation will win a grand prize of $250 (100 XRP). The challenge will run for 10 days starting today, December 4th.

The Anodos Wallet serves as the foundational onboarding experience for both XRPL and ANODEX, setting a new industry standard for simple, user-friendly onchain access. By making interaction as fast and intuitive as any modern internet platform, while remaining self-custodial, Anodos Labs is paving the way for mainstream adoption and will continue expanding features that bring real Web3 utility to everyday users.
