At India Blockchain Week — one of the world’s most influential Web3 gatherings — the African continent had only one official representative: Mr. Émile Parfait SIMB, a pan-African entrepreneur, blockchain pioneer, and leading figure within Africa’s crypto ecosystem.
In a global environment marked by debates around digital sovereignty, decentralization, and tokenized economies, SIMB’s presence — as the only African CEO invited to IBW — was both symbolic and strategic.

It highlighted a reality many observers have recognized for years:

Africa is underrepresented in key technological forums despite having the potential to lead them in the future.
SIMB used his platform to deliver a powerful diplomatic message — described by several attendees as “one of the strongest African arguments ever made in favor of Web3”.

A Speech Positioning Africa at the Center of the Web3 Revolution:

With a measured, diplomatic, yet determined tone, Émile Parfait SIMB confronted an uncomfortable truth: he does not want to be the only African present in such global events.
He aims to help build an entire generation of African Web3 CEOs capable of representing the continent on the global stage.
Below is his full speech, published exclusively for you.

FULL SPEECH – ÉMILE PARFAIT SIMB

“Africa must no longer be absent — it must become unavoidable.”
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Excellencies, distinguished guests, representatives of major technological nations,
It is with a profound sense of responsibility that I speak before you at India Blockchain Week — one of the world’s leading Web3 gatherings.
Once again this year, I have the honor of being the only African CEO invited to this event.
It is a privilege, but let me say this with honesty and diplomacy:
This is not a position that satisfies me.
I should not be the only one.
And I do not want to be the only one.
Africa is home to hundreds of millions of talented young people, brilliant minds, innovators and creators.
And yet, too few of them are present in strategic global technology forums.
Therefore, today, I am making a long-term commitment:
My mission in the coming years will be to help develop a generation of African Web3 CEOs — leaders capable of engaging on equal footing with global Web3 decision-makers.

Africa and India: The Demographic Future of Web3:

Africa, with a median age of 19, is the youngest continent on Earth.
More than 70% of its population is under 45.
India, with a median age of 28, has one of the world’s largest concentrations of developers and engineers.
Together, they represent nearly 2.8 billion people, mostly young, ambitious, and eager for technological change.

This creates a unique dynamic:

India as a technological powerhouse,

Africa as a demographic powerhouse,

Web3 as the bridge connecting both worlds.

Limocoin Swap — A Strategic Pan-African Blockchain Project:

“I am here representing Limocoin Swap, a major pan-African blockchain initiative focused on:

financial inclusion,

decentralized payments,

fast and secure crypto transfers,

and building a sovereign African digital economy.

Limocoin Swap is guided by a clear vision:

To give Africa the capacity to develop and export its own Web3 solutions — resilient, credible, and adapted to its realities.”
Estate Slice NFT — Tokenized Real Estate Across Global Markets
“I also serve as consultant and partner on Estate Slice NFT,
a pioneering platform enabling fractional real estate ownership in premium markets such as:
Singapore, Ghana, the Philippines, Qatar, Bali, Dubai, and others.
Estate Slice represents the future of accessible and global real-estate investment through tokenization.”
Trump BRICS Bot — A Web3 Ecosystem Powered by Limocoin Swap

“I further support Trump BRICS Bot, a fast-growing Telegram-based Web3 ecosystem offering:

staking in Limocoin,

instant deposits and withdrawals,

internal transfers,

swaps,

and a widely adopted ‘Tap & Earn’ feature.

Within this system, Limocoin Swap operates as the central token, expanding its real-world utility.”
BRICS HR — Linking Blockchain With Education and Global Mobility
“Finally, I am a partner of BRICS HR,
a platform dedicated to jobs, scholarships, training, and international mobility across BRICS nations.
Limocoin Swap is integrated as a premium payment and service asset, connecting blockchain with human development.”
Why I Am Here — And Why I Will Not Return Alone
“I am here today alone.
But I refuse to let this become a pattern.”
“In five years,
I intend to return to India Blockchain Week accompanied by multiple African CEOs —
women and men who will have created their own Web3 solutions,
raised their own funds,
and brought their innovations to global audiences.”
“I want Africa to be represented —
widely, boldly,
and unquestionably.”
“I thank India for its extraordinary hospitality.
And I say this with conviction:
Today, I stand here alone.
Tomorrow, we will be several.
And in the future, Africa will come as a full delegation.
Africa is not asking for its place.
Africa is building it.”
A Turning Point for Africa’s Digital Sovereignty

With this speech, Émile Parfait SIMB issued a clear message to the world:

Africa is ready to take part in the global Web3 revolution — but it must now produce its own technological leaders.

At a time when:

global tech geopolitics is shifting,

the BRICS alliance is reshaping digital strategies,

and Web3 is redefining global power structures,

Simb’s voice stands as a strong signal:

Africa is no longer a spectator — it is becoming a global player.
