<h2 id="investigator-zachxbt-highlights-hong-s-deceptive-tactics">Investigator ZachXBT Highlights Hong's Deceptive Tactics</h2>
<p><strong>ZachXBT</strong> revealed that Brandon Hong used <strong>deceptive tactics</strong>, including forged profit claims. <strong>Hong</strong>, a crypto influencer, gained a following by promoting these claims. Hong's official channels lack any denial of these allegations, suggesting ongoing misleading practices.</p>
<p>Hong's actions target individual investors rather than institutions, primarily using <strong>social influence</strong> rather than technical exploits. He cited broad <a href="https://www.irs.gov/compliance/criminal-investigation/social-media-finance-influencer-pleads-guilty-to-orchestrating-20-million-ponzi-scheme" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto strategies</a>, focusing on ETH and BTC without supporting specific tokens.</p>

<p><strong>Expert opinions</strong> emphasize the necessity for influencer credential verification. Calls for community vigilance underscore the persistent issue of <a href="https://www.irs.gov/compliance/criminal-investigation/social-media-finance-influencer-pleads-guilty-to-orchestrating-20-million-ponzi-scheme" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">fraudulent investment guidance</a> in the crypto industry.</p>
