Base

Ripple’s Chief Technology Officer, David Schwartz, recently shared a short message that has captured the attention of the XRP community.
He wrote, “Every base is base 10.” While such a statement may appear connected to programming, where base-10 numbering systems are standard, many XRP supporters quickly offered a different interpretation.

<h2 id="strong-xrp-is-going-to-10-strong">XRP is Going to $10?</h2>
Within hours, the post became a talking point among traders, analysts, and long-time XRP holders. ChartNerd (@ChartNerdTA), a <a href="https://timestabloid.com/analyst-xrp-is-gearing-up-for-a-blow-off-top-heres-the-signal/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">well-known technical analyst</a>, <a href="https://x.com/ChartNerdTA/status/1986770984502722658?t=J8ogSS4XEmJ59sGvHfbUvg&amp;s=19" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">posted</a> in response, “XRP base $10,” turning the phrase into a bold projection.
Ripple Bull Winkle (@RipBullWinkle), another respected figure in the community, <a href="https://x.com/RipBullWinkle/status/1986799412757311856?t=GblBwtj5yelohBJjPNHLiw&amp;s=19" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">echoed</a> the sentiment with “$10 Base why not.” Their responses framed Schwartz’s comment as a potential signal of <a href="https://timestabloid.com/xrp-designed-to-succeed-bitcoin-david-schwartz-unearthed-statement-drops-a-bombshell/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">confidence in XRP’s future price</a>.
Community members expanded on the idea, dissecting the wording of Schwartz’s post and linking it to XRP’s long-term potential. One user <a href="https://x.com/N0BODYJ/status/1986916359708577950?t=0JPdkZo8mzhu6fNtVy6WOg&amp;s=19" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">wrote</a> that “David predicted 10, with a period at the end,” insisting that such phrasing could only imply $10, not 10 cents.
Schwartz’s history of cryptic posts has also sometimes preceded key developments at Ripple. The conversation spread widely across X, reflecting how closely the community monitors Ripple’s executives for clues about upcoming moves.
Some users argued that the statement aligned perfectly with Ripple’s recent momentum, suggesting that a <a href="https://timestabloid.com/expert-alt-season-is-coming-10-xrp-will-be-normal/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">$10 price is no longer an unrealistic target</a> if adoption continues at its current pace. These comments showed the faith that the XRP army has put in the digital, and many experts believe it can reach this lofty target.

<h2 id="strong-ripple-s-expanding-influence-in-finance-strong">Ripple’s Expanding Influence in Finance</h2>
Beyond social media interpretations, Ripple continues to make progress in institutional finance, reinforcing the community’s confidence in XRP. Its technology is being adopted in multiple cross-border payment networks and is increasingly positioned as a liquidity solution for banks and fintech firms.
The company’s push into tokenized assets and compliance-friendly payment infrastructure has also helped strengthen its credibility with regulators.
The recent <a href="https://timestabloid.com/dtcc-lists-nine-xrp-etfs-as-spot-products-prepare-for-launch/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">inclusion of nine XRP ETFs</a> on the Depository Trust &amp; Clearing Corporation’s list has added another layer of excitement. Many investors see it as a sign that formal approval could come soon, potentially drawing institutional money into XRP.
This development, combined with Ripple’s expanding set of financial partnerships, has created a more favorable environment for long-term price growth and increased the chances that XRP can reach $10.
