Even though the broader crypto market has been sluggish, and most altcoins are dipping, there are still opportunities hiding in plain sight. A few tokens are pumping hard, while others are gaining traction in presale stages that could set up big moves ahead.
To find out which ones might lead the week, we asked GROK, the AI analyst known for spotting early trends, to pick one presale project and one altcoin to buy right now. The answer was surprisingly clear, and a little different from what most traders expected. For example, GROK didn’t pick $ZEC, one of the hottest stories in crypto right now.
According to GROK’s data-driven prediction, the best crypto to buy this week could be a mix of high-risk, high-reward innovation and proven infrastructure: <a href="https://altcoin.care/b_btchyper-en_187021?referrer=grok-predicts-the-best-crypto-to-buy-this-week-(hint:-it’s-not-$zec)" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER)</a> in presale and Filecoin (FIL) on the open market.
Here’s why both looks interesting right now.

<a href="https://altcoin.care/b_btchyper-en_187021?referrer=grok-predicts-the-best-crypto-to-buy-this-week-(hint:-it’s-not-$zec)" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bitcoin Hyper</a> is making noise for good reason. It’s one of the most talked-about projects in presale, and GROK’s pick for the best crypto presale to watch this week.
HYPER is building a Layer-2 network that brings DeFi and smart contracts directly to Bitcoin’s ecosystem. Instead of tweaking Ethereum’s model, it’s reimagining what Bitcoin can do. With over $26 million already raised and whale wallets joining in, investor interest is clearly heating up.

At its current presale price of $0.013215, which is set to increase soon, HYPER offers what many see as a strong early entry point before its next price tier. Holders can already stake during the presale phase, earn 46% APY, and early participants are betting that post-launch upside could mirror the early stages of projects like Solana or Polygon.
More importantly, the project is tackling Bitcoin’s biggest limitation: speed and scalability. By integrating Solana Virtual Machine tech, HYPER aims for over 65,000 transactions per second, instant finality, and near-zero fees, all secured by Bitcoin’s base layer.
Analysts have called it one of the most credible Layer-2 experiments built on top of Bitcoin so far, and GROK’s model seems to agree. If Bitcoin keeps recovering from current levels, this presale could easily turn into the top crypto to buy for early-stage investors.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="filecoin-fil-the-altcoin-to-buy-right-now">Filecoin (FIL): The Altcoin to Buy Right Now</h3>
While HYPER dominates presale conversations, GROK’s second pick, Filecoin (FIL), is the hot altcoin to buy this week.
<a href="https://captainaltcoin.com/filecoin-fil-price-explodes-after-icp-rally-the-ai-infrastructure-trade-is-back-on" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Filecoin’s price exploded </a>more than 50% in the past 24 hours, jumping to around $2.10 with huge volume that mirrors<a href="https://captainaltcoin.com/heres-why-internet-computer-icp-price-is-up-today/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> ICP’s breakout earlier this week</a>. In a sluggish market, that kind of move instantly puts FIL in the spotlight.
Why is it rallying? Simple: real utility. Filecoin’s decentralized storage network is critical to the DePIN and <a href="https://captainaltcoin.com/best-ai-crypto-projects/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">AI</a> data economy. Big names like OpenAI, NASA, and the Internet Archive already use it, and network usage has been climbing fast, with utilization hitting 32% and protocol revenue up 162% in Q2 2025.

The project is benefiting from a rotation into “infrastructure coins” – tokens that actually power Web3’s physical and data layers. Traders are also rotating profits from ICP into FIL, calling it the “next in line” breakout play.
With the Filecoin Virtual Machine (FVM) enabling on-chain AI data storage, DeFi integrations, and verifiable datasets, FIL is positioned perfectly for the AI + blockchain narrative. For those looking for a crypto to buy that already has liquidity, momentum, and established infrastructure – Filecoin fits the bill.

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="why-these-crypto-picks-make-sense">Why These Crypto Picks Make Sense</h3>
Both Bitcoin Hyper and Filecoin are riding powerful narratives: Bitcoin scalability, decentralized AI, and real-world infrastructure.

HYPER delivers the speculative upside of an early presale, while FIL offers immediate exposure to a growing sector. One is the best crypto presale for forward-thinking investors; the other is a strong altcoin to buy in the current rotation cycle.
But as GROK’s analysis reminded us – opportunity always comes with risk. Presales can face liquidity delays and volatility, and even leading altcoins like Filecoin remain sensitive to broader market sentiment. Still, these two names stand out for mixing innovation, traction, and timing in a market where few assets are showing life.
