A new company called Evernorth, led by a former Ripple executive, has announced plans to raise more than $1 billion to buy and manage a large treasury of XRP. The company also plans to make the token accessible to public investors through a Nasdaq-listed stock. This effort to build a corporate gateway for institutional XRP adoption is one of the strongest bullish signs the asset has seen in years. It sets a positive tone for the XRP price prediction, although new opportunities are coming out. DeepSnitch AI is progressing to become one of the most successful presales, with the potential to turn an $800 buy into $60,000.

Evernorth plans $1B+ XRP treasury via SPAC deal
Evernorth, a newly created digital asset treasury, has a clear mission, according to Cointelegraph. It wants to raise a large pool of capital and use most of it to buy and manage XRP. Instead of requiring other companies to hold the token directly, Evernorth will offer a publicly traded stock, giving investors indirect exposure to XRP through its corporate balance sheet. To speed up the process of going public, the company is merging with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) called Armada Acquisition Corp. II. The combined firm plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker “XRPN” in Q1 2026, pending approval from shareholders and regulators. Evernorth’s fundraising goal is set at over $1 billion, with most of that money intended for open-market XRP purchases. Its lead investor, SBI Holdings, has already committed $200 million, with additional support expected from Ripple, Pantera Capital, Kraken, and others. If successful, Evernorth will manage one of the largest publicly traded XRP treasuries in the world. The company is led by Asheesh Birla, a long-time Ripple executive who has stepped down from Ripple’s board to become Evernorth’s CEO. This shows that Evernorth will operate as an independent company, though it still has strong backing from Ripple.

As XRP's future value outlook brightens, where's the real 75x potential?

DeepSnitch AI: The $60,000 opportunity XRP can't replicate
A $60,000 return on an $800 investment equals a 75x gain. At the current presale price of $0.02073, the DSNT token would only need to reach $1.55 after listing on crypto exchanges to hit that target. That's an ambitious but realistic target for a project that is in the growing AI sector and is still in presale stages. In comparison, XRP has already reached a massive market cap in the hundreds of billions, which means gains of that scale are no longer possible. That opportunity has passed. DeepSnitch AI, however, is still in its early presale phase, where the chance for this kind of “asymmetric upside” remains. Beyond its growth potential, the project’s design gives it lasting strength. Its scam filter, powered by intelligent analysis, helps traders avoid losses, making it useful in both bull and bear markets. This gives DeepSnitch AI relevance long after the hype fades. Moreover, it has a suite of AI agents, which are in development to help you stay ahead in the market. With features like SnitchFeed and SnitchScan, you can get timely insight into what is happening in the market and where the next big opportunity is. The team is also delivering on its roadmap. The SnitchFeed intelligence layer is now live and running in their internal environment, proving this is a project focused on progress, not empty promises. While many other projects talk about future plans, DeepSnitch AI is already building tools traders can use today. The presale results show that confidence, with $481,000 raised so far, and early investors are already up 37%. It’s a clear sign of growing trust in a project built on real utility and solid execution.

XRP price prediction
The XRP institutional adoption story continues to gain momentum well beyond the Evernorth announcement. Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin has reached record performance levels, and new reports show that global firms have invested more than $11 billion into XRP. This level of institutional interest strongly supports the bullish outlook for the asset. Even so, the short-term data tells a different story. The technical sentiment for XRP is currently bearish, with the Fear & Greed Index still showing “Fear.” Its 14-day RSI is neutral, and the token has recorded green days just 53% of the time over the past month. However, the XRP price prediction remains positive, with analysts predicting a possible 44% rise to around $3.70 by April 2026.

Akash Network (AKT) market update
Akash Network has been one of the market’s top performers, gaining 17% over the past week and easily outperforming the crypto market, which has remained sluggish. This strong price action has drawn attention from traders searching for trending tokens. However, despite its impressive gains, the technical picture looks more cautious. The overall sentiment for Akash Network is bearish. Moreover, it is also trading below its 200-day moving average, which is often seen as a sign of weakness or potential exhaustion in a rally. Looking ahead, the price prediction for November 2025 points to a 16% increase.

Final verdict
The $1 billion Evernorth plan indicates growing XRP institutional adoption and confidence in the crypto market. But while institutions are now buying XRP, the days of its massive returns are over. The next 75x opportunity lies in early projects like DeepSnitch AI. Its presale gives investors a very cheap entry into a project built for all market conditions, featuring bear-proof utility, a clear development roadmap, and the potential to turn an $800 investment into $60,000. This is the kind of asymmetric bet that serious investors are now seeking.
FAQs

How will the Evernorth SPAC deal impact the XRP price prediction?
The Evernorth deal is highly bullish for the XRP price prediction. A $1 billion plan from a publicly traded company would create demand and provide a regulated way for traditional investors to get exposure, likely boosting the XRP future value outlook.

What can help long-term XRP institutional adoption?
Initiatives like Evernorth and Ripple's RLUSD can help their long-term adoption in the crypto and traditional finance sectors.

Is XRP still a good investment given its high market cap?
The XRP long-term outlook remains positive for many investors, but its high market cap means it's now an asset for portfolio growth, not 75x gains. The potential for a 75x return, as seen in projects like DeepSnitch AI, is no longer realistic for XRP. Disclaimer: This content is provided by a sponsor.
