Bitcoin

Rise

ZOOZ Strategy Ltd has increased its Bitcoin treasury by purchasing 94 more, at the average price of 112K each, amounting to about 10.5 million. The new purchase puts the total number held by the corporation at 1,036 BTC, which has solidified it as a holder of the digital currency in the top ranks among businesses.
The company has amassed the digital asset's value of approximately $115 million since it initiated its Bitcoin treasury strategy in July of 2025. The shift is indicative of ZOOZ having faith in the long-term potential of the digital asset as a store of value and a component of a new financial system that can connect the old economy to the digital one.

ZOOZ stands out as the first company listed on both Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). That has made it possible to adopt BTC as a core treasury reserve asset. Through this dual listing, it offers investors direct exposure of the asset denominated in New Israeli Shekels (NIS), which is a unique proposition within global capital markets.
According to the CEO Jordan Fried, its expansion of Bitcoin treasury shows the company’s confidence in BTC's resilience and its long-term wealth preservation role.
“Our growing Bitcoin treasury underscores our belief in its role as a resilient store of value and a cornerstone of sound financial strategy,” said Fried. “ZOOZ is committed to building a bridge between traditional capital markets and the Bitcoin economy.”
This statement reaffirms the strategic vision of the company, aligning its financial model with BTC's decentralized and transparent principles.

Corporate Adoption on the Rise

ZOOZ is part of the increasing ranks of publicly traded companies that include the crypto digital asset in their balance sheets, which was pioneered by such companies as MicroStrategy and Tesla. Such businesses consider it as a tool against inflation and an instrument of future gains on capital.
With the integration, the corporation is helping the world shift to the digital adoption of assets by institutional entities. Its most recent acquisition is an indication that it believes in the future of the asset despite the volatility of the markets. This also shows how companies are changing their strategies according to the fluctuating macroeconomic conditions.

ZOOZ’s Vision: Merging Traditional Finance with Bitcoin

ZOOZ integrates regulatory compliance and innovation, which provide shareholders with asymmetric exposure to BTC and transparency and financial discipline. Its further purchases of the crypto king highlight the long-term value creation and responsible management of assets in the company.
As the current market price stands at around $112,000, the strategic acquisition that ZOOZ has is timely, with the increasing institutional demand. Since the traditional and digital markets are converging, its proactive nature might make it the role model in the field of managing corporate treasury in the era of BTC.
