Nasdaq-listed AgriFORCE Growing Systems announced today it has received shareholder approval to launch a $700 million AVAX treasury strategy, signaling a strategic pivot into the Avalanche ecosystem. The company disclosed the plan during its October 27 filing, citing direct purchases, staking, and ecosystem participation as core components.
Traditionally focused on sustainable agriculture technologies, AgriFORCE aims to become the first publicly traded entity on Nasdaq with a primary focus on Avalanche. The AVAX token, currently holding above $20, has shown resilience after bouncing from recent lows near $18, amid broader market optimism for altcoins. The treasury strategy includes a $300 million capital infusion and an additional $250 million offering to support AVAX accumulation.
AgriFORCE expects to complete the transaction by October 30, 2025, after which it will begin strategic AVAX acquisitions. Market watchers will be observing institutional involvement and token price dynamics in the coming weeks.
