The NFT market radically changed in 2025. Exorbitant fees (gas fees) and endless confirmation delays are a thing of the past. The sector is maturing: major brands are massively adopting NFTs for their digital collectibles, access tickets, and loyalty programs.

QubicBay redefines NFTs with 15.52 million TPS and zero gas fees.

Users own the platform via a decentralized and remunerated model.

A fast, fair ecosystem designed for artists, traders, and creators.

In this consolidating landscape, QubicBay stands out as a radical alternative. This NFT marketplace built on Qubic has officially reached the fastest transaction speed ever recorded on a blockchain: 15.52 million transactions per second (TPS) on the Mainnet of its Layer 1, an independently verified result by CertiK.

Practically? Zero wait, minimal fees, instant finality. For artists, collectors, and investors, this means a revolutionary user experience.

Why QubicBay? Structural Advantages

1. A Revolutionarily Fast Blockchain

The network uses its native architecture based on ticks. This system orchestrates consensus, execution, and finality in a synchronized loop. Result: no rollups, no gas fees, no reliance on Layer 2 solutions.

For perspective: Ethereum (TON) reaches just over 100,000 TPS in simulated burst tests on testnet, Solana about 65,000 TPS under ideal conditions, while Sui, Aptos, and Arbitrum remain below one million TPS.

In practice: you list an NFT, it’s immediately available. No “pending” status, no queue. Finality is instant.

2. Decentralized Ownership and Revenue Sharing

QubicBay operates via a smart contract whose shareholders own shares. Revenues generated from transaction fees directly reward the owner community, not a distant founder.

The structure is simple: resale fees (3% on QubicBay) are split between shareholders (1%) and the platform (2%). It is a business model aligned with user interests.

3. Dual-Token System for Flexibility

QubicBay operates with two tokens:

QUBIC (QUBIC): the main currency to buy, sell, and mint NFTs

CFB token (CFB): required to buy minting packages when creating collections

This duality offers flexibility for creators who want to control token supply and diversify their business model.

The State of the NFT Market in 2025: Opportunities and Risks

Rapid Growth, but Volatility

The global NFT market reached about 49 billion USD in 2025. Projections anticipate massive growth between 400 and 700 billion USD by 2034, depending on adoption assumptions.

However, the road was fraught with pitfalls: after a severe contraction in 2023-2024, the market shows signs of recovery thanks to regulatory changes and expanded use cases. Trading volumes soared to 1.36 billion USD in December 2024, before falling 26% in January and 50% in February 2025.

Real Traction: Gaming, RWA, and Utility

Volatility does not erase sustainable catalysts. Gaming NFTs exploded and represent 38% of total transactions in 2025. The crypto financial services sector saw a 48% increase in NFT-related job offers.

Particularly interesting: RWAs (Real-World Assets) and utility NFTs (digital passes, identity, governance) surpass pure speculation.

Regulatory Context: A Turning Point

Early 2024, the US SEC surprised the industry by closing its investigation against OpenSea without filing charges. This signal marks a turning point: the new 2025 regulatory approach favors clear rules over strict penalties.

For creators and investors on QubicBay, this change reduces legal uncertainty around “standard” NFTs. Compliance remains essential for ambitious projects.
