Avalanche

AVAX just went through a huge shakeout, but instead of collapsing, it’s holding steady. That’s catching the interest of traders who believe this kind of sideways action is often a sign that the next big move is coming.

AVAX Is Still Holding Its Ground

According to CryptoPulse, AVAX is “loading up for a major move.” After the big liquidation event, the price has been moving between $20 and $22, forming what traders call an accumulation zone. In plain English, this is where smart money builds positions quietly before the breakout.

If you zoom in on the 2-hour chart, AVAX price is bouncing between $20.7 support and $22.1 resistance. Each dip toward the lower end gets bought up fast, which shows that buyers are still active. There’s also a clear liquidity pocket sitting just above that range, a potential breakout zone.

The AVAX chart also shows a 47% range expansion target from this base, which lines up with a move toward $30-$31, the same area where AVAX stalled on its last major rally.

Why Traders See This as Accumulation

After a big liquidation, most weak hands are out. When price then moves sideways like this, it usually means bigger players are accumulating. You can see that in the clean support reactions and tight price action around $20-$21.

That’s exactly what CryptoPulse is highlighting, this same pattern appeared before the last AVAX price run to $30, and the structure right now looks very similar.

If this pattern repeats, the next leg up could come once AVAX clears $23-$23.5, the upper boundary of its current range.

Key Levels to Watch for AVAX

Support sits around $20.7, as long as AVAX price stays above this level, bulls are in control, range midpoint is around $22.1, which could flip into short-term support after a breakout.

Breakout zone is at $23-$23.5, where a clean move above could trigger a sharp push to $29-$31. higher targets If momentum continues, traders are eyeing $35, and in a full bullish trend, even $50+ isn’t off the table.

What Could Go Wrong for AVAX?

If AVAX price loses that $20-$20.7 support zone and starts closing below it with heavy volume, this setup would likely fail. In that case, the market might revisit the post-liquidation lows before rebuilding another base.

AVAX looks like it’s coiling up again. The price has spent days compressing in the same range, and historically, that’s when Avalanche tends to make its biggest moves.

As long as it holds above $20-$21, the risk-to-reward setup looks favorable. If the breakout plays out like the last one, a move toward $30, or even higher, could be on the cards.
