The 4th quarter begins today. And right now, with $2617, how would you invest it to make $$ before year’s end?

Our answer is to buy quality. But also to consider a couple of hot narratives, and a couple of overlooked areas that won’t stay overlooked for long. What do we like going into Q4? Stick around and see the crypto portfolio we are building.

1) TAO

My first spend, with 30% of my $2617, I will go with one of our favorite projects. Bittensor. Bittensor is just about the most non-hyped project in the whole industry. Yet, it’s working on something important. Decentralized AI.

$TAO is Leading The $750B AI Market
The AI market is set to hit $3T by 2034, & @opentensor is competing with tech giants, bringing AI onchain, and gaining a huge market share.
Here’s the deep dive 🧵👇 pic.twitter.com/GBx9mtR1jm

There are currently 128 different subnets, each exploring a different area of decentralized AI. Some do model training. Some do inference or machine learning. Some are for creating a specific agent, such as for investing or sports betting. The point is, each subnet is doing something in AI. And you can allocate some of your $TAO directly to a subnet you like, if you choose. Or you don’t have to.
One of the more interesting subnets is Chutes. They are doing the Akash/Render model of renting out powerful GPUs for the computing power necessary to run and train AI models. They are Subnet 64 and have a market cap of $75 million. And they are just getting started.
Other Bittensor news includes the StillCore Capital Fund. It’s investing only in Bittensor and its subnets. It will invest in tokens just like you and me, as well as make seed investments into new subnets.

I am very excited to announce the launch of Stillcore Capital, a new Bittensor fund.
My partners are @jason and @rob_svrn.
Our focus will be $TAO and Bittensor subnet alpha tokens.

And now they are capping the limit at 128 subnets. So any that underperforms could get kicked out through deregistration. Then another project can come in and take that subnet space away. Just in case some of these projects needed extra motivation to be successful.

AI has been out of the spotlight lately. And that’s our advantage. It means we can jump in now and get some extra gains when the story gets hot again. And it will.
$TAO is at just under $300 and is a good buy here. Its recent high is $705 in late December, and it should challenge that high again soon.

2) HYPE

Our 2nd choice, for another 30%, is Hyperliquid. It’s the leader of what is no doubt the leading story at this point in the market cycle. The growth of Perp DEXes. Decentralized exchanges that offer perpetuals trading.
Despite all the publicity Aster is getting, Hyperliquid is still the leader in this category. And we like how the $HYPE token is centered around the community, users, and proper incentives to use and profit from the platform. It’s what we wish all tokens would do, but we know many don’t.
HYPE just airdropped 4600 Hypurr NFTs to its community on Monday. The NFTs alone generated $65 million in trading volume in 24 hours. And the floor price, as I write this, is $65,000. That’s a sweet deal for the community. Plus, doing what you say you will do and earning the community money is a great way to attract and retain loyal users. That’s what Hyperliquid has. A loyal community.

That’s why we like it so much, even if Aster is hopping on the hype train right now. The $HYPE Token hit its all-time high of just under $60 about 2 weeks ago. Today, it’s at $47. So that’s a nice, almost 30% gain just to challenge the old all-time high. And Hyperliquid will do that and even more if they keep looking out for their community and their token the way they have so far.

3) LINK

Next, for 20% of my $2617, we have Chainlink. Chainlink is our favorite non-RWA, RWA play. Every RWA platform needs an oracle to get accurate pricing into its platform. And all of them use Chainlink for this. It’s working with SWIFT to tokenize assets and use crypto rails to move and settle money faster.

You know, the thing that the project with an “Army” says they are doing. But Chainlink is actually doing it. LINK also announced its new Digital Transfer Agent standard that UBS, among other banks, is using. UBS is working with Chainlink on the SWIFT project, too.

Not to mention, whales and other smart money are buying $LINK aggressively now. At faster rates than we’ve seen before. It’s simply one of the key pieces of crypto infrastructure to bring TradFi on-chain. And everyone is starting to understand this now.

The $LINK token is up 78% in the last year. At $21, it’s still more than a double away from its all-time high of $52. We expect Chainlink to challenge this old high before this market cycle is over.

4) ADA

And finally, with our last 20%, we have Cardano. Cardano is making strides in stablecoins. And this is an area where they fell behind some of their peers.
Midnight, the privacy platform, is making some big moves. Like its new partnership with Google Cloud to bring privacy there. Plus, it’s a full partnership on both sides. Google Cloud is going to run a Cardano validator. That’s encouraging if you are a fan of ADA.

Plus, Cardano is continuing its good work to become a Layer 2 for Bitcoin and home for BTCFi. Cardano is compatible with Bitcoin since both use the same UTXO system for managing transactions.

In the last year, $ADA is up 110%. It’s at 78c with an all-time high at $3.09. Our video from yesterday outlined why we think Q4-2025 will be big for Cardano, so you can check that out for more info.
We expect Cardano to keep growing and possibly do another double before this cycle ends.
