BlockDAG Network

As investors search for what crypto to invest in, comparing project traction, utility, and public visibility has never been more important. BlockDAG, Worldcoin (WLD), and Stellar (XLM) each offer different strengths: branding, identity, and payments, respectively. Yet one of these top crypto assets is pulling away from the others in 2025 based on real-world reach, presale momentum, and audience engagement.
BlockDAG has raised nearly $420 million in presale, with its current batch 31 priced at $0.0015, offering a massive ROI of 3000% since batch 1. Over 26.5 billion coins have already been sold. Let’s break down how this branding-first strategy puts BlockDAG on a different growth curve compared to utility-focused names like Worldcoin and Stellar.

BlockDAG & the BWT Alpine Formula 1® Team Sponsorship

BlockDAG’s multi-year partnership with the BWT Alpine F1® Team isn’t just about visibility; it’s about credibility. By embedding its brand across race weekends, simulators, fan zones, and high-profile events like the Singapore Grand Prix, BlockDAG places itself in front of millions of spectators and media channels. This is not a minor detail. In crypto, where perception drives adoption, brand association with elite sports serves as a shortcut to legitimacy.

The deal also aligns thematically. Formula 1® represents speed, performance, and precision, qualities that reinforce BlockDAG’s Layer 1 architecture, which is built for secure and scalable application deployment. This is a protocol that wants to be known not just for whitepapers and GitHub updates, but for real-world visibility and user connection. These activities extend into digital realms, including developer hackathons and Web3 integrations.
BlockDAG has already pulled in close to $420 million, marking one of the strongest presales this year. batch 31 coins are priced at $0.0015, showing an impressive 3000% return from Batch 1 levels. With more than 26.5 billion coins sold, BlockDAG’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down.
All of these signals that BlockDAG is not relying solely on tech specs to become one of the most popular crypto coins, it’s competing for mindshare in public spaces where mass adoption begins.

Worldcoin: Identity at Scale, but Under the Regulatory Microscope

Worldcoin has positioned itself as a global identity solution, with its World ID biometric verification system seeing rapid adoption. But with growth has come resistance. Regulatory challenges are mounting, especially around data privacy. Brazil’s ANPD, for example, has suspended certain biometric incentive programs, citing user safety concerns. Similar scrutiny is building in other regions as governments become wary of how biometric data is collected and used.
Despite these headwinds, Worldcoin’s utility remains relevant. It offers a framework for identity-based crypto transactions, particularly in developing markets where digital verification is limited. However, the lack of strong branding or mainstream partnerships means its name recognition is limited to tech and crypto circles. It’s useful, but less visible. For investors considering what crypto to invest in, Worldcoin offers backend potential but faces front-end trust issues. Without greater user confidence and regulatory clarity, its adoption curve may flatten.

Stellar: Fintech Workhorse, Low on Public Visibility

Stellar has long been one of the top crypto assets when it comes to cross-border payments, stablecoins, and asset issuance. It powers a wide range of fintech solutions, especially in emerging markets. Stellar’s consensus model allows for quick transaction finality and low fees, making it a favourite for developers building payment tools or digital banking systems.

However, Stellar rarely enters the public conversation outside the crypto space. It lacks the attention-grabbing branding or partnerships that BlockDAG is now pursuing through its Alpine F1® sponsorship. There are no large-scale fan activations, no appearances at mass-market events. This means that while Stellar has utility, its growth is largely institutional or developer-led, not consumer-facing. For users searching for what crypto to invest in with long-term visibility, Stellar’s relatively quiet presence could be a limiting factor in mainstream appeal.

Final Insight

The comparison between BlockDAG, Worldcoin, and Stellar comes down to the balance between branding and utility. Worldcoin offers scalable identity but wrestles with regulatory challenges. Stellar remains a robust engine for cross-border finance but is low on consumer engagement.
BlockDAG, on the other hand, has staked its growth on visibility, brand legitimacy, and mainstream awareness, backed by a strong technical foundation and record-setting presale stats.
For those evaluating what crypto to invest in right now, the branding-led strategy of BlockDAG offers both immediate awareness and long-term positioning. As Web3 grows, it’s not only about what a protocol can do, but who knows about it. In that race, BlockDAG took pole position.
