Crypto buyers often chase hype, but sometimes a project proves itself through real numbers and strong adoption. In 2025, that project is BlockDAG (BDAG). It is a Layer 1 network that has gained popularity across the cryptocurrency industry. So far, it has raised more than $416 million to ward its $600 million crypto presale goal. Over 26.5 billion coins have been sold, and the ecosystem continues to grow.

BlockDAG is showing adoption before launch, which few presales can claim. The project has 3 million X1 app miners, 20,000 ASIC units shipped, and more than 312,000 holders worldwide. With these numbers, BlockDAG is no longer just a presale name; it has become a significant entity. It is already seen as a frontrunner with strong support and global reach.

A Hybrid Model with Strong Design

BlockDAG is built differently from traditional blockchains. It merges the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) with Proof-of-Work (PoW). DAG enables parallel processing of blocks and transactions, which improves speed. PoW, on the other hand, guarantees decentralization and security, something many Proof-of-Stake systems struggle to maintain.

In tests, BlockDAG already reached 10 blocks per second and has set a goal of scaling beyond 100 blocks per second. This level of throughput makes it suitable for DeFi use, microtransactions, gaming, and even machine-to-machine payments.

Unlike many presales that only make claims, BlockDAG has already attracted real developers. More than 4,500 developers are working on over 300 dApps before the mainnet launch.

This kind of technical adoption is rare at the token presale stage. It gives BlockDAG a solid foundation for future expansion and strengthens confidence in its growth potential. The combination of DAG and PoW makes the project stand out in both speed and security.

Hardware and Mobile Adoption

BlockDAG’s hardware adoption clearly demonstrates its momentum. More than 20,000 mining units have already been sold, and another 13,000 are scheduled for delivery by mid-October. Hardware sales require actual spending and logistics, which proves strong demand. The miners also feature plug-and-play functions, making them simple for everyday users.

The X1 Mobile Miner app has added a new level of inclusivity. It enables users to mine coins directly from their smartphones, eliminating the need for costly equipment. This easy entry has attracted over 3 million people worldwide.

Together, the miners and mobile app have created one of the largest user bases ever seen before a mainnet launch. This ensures that BlockDAG will not start from scratch. Instead, it will begin with millions of active participants already using its network. This wide adoption, both through hardware and mobile apps, gives BlockDAG credibility that few presales in history can match. The project is entering the market with proven activity.

Presale and Global Partnerships

The BlockDAG presale has already reached $416 million, with more than 26.5 billion coins sold. This makes it one of the biggest crypto presales in the past seven years. By comparison, Solana raised $25 million before launch, while Avalanche raised $230 million. These numbers highlight BlockDAG’s much larger scale.

Currently, the presale price is set at $0.0015 for Batch 30, available for a limited time. Once the coin lists at $0.05, early participants will see huge returns. Batch 1 participants who bought at $0.001 are already sitting on 2900% gains. This return path has drawn large-scale buyers, including purchases of $4.4 million and $3.6 million.

Alongside funding, BlockDAG is expanding with global partnerships. It signed a multi-year deal with BWT Alpine Formula 1® Team, making it the exclusive Layer-1 blockchain partner in Formula 1®. Other collaborations include HackerEarth for hackathons, the Seattle Seawolves rugby team, the Seattle Orcas cricket team, and the SpaceDev ambassador program. With a community of 325,000+ across social platforms, these partnerships are giving BlockDAG visibility and recognition worldwide. This combination of presale strength and real-world deals builds trust in its long-term presence.

Final Insight

BlockDAG has moved beyond being just another presale. With $416 million raised, more than 26.5 billion coins sold, 3 million app miners, and thousands of ASIC units already shipped, this demonstrates significant adoption before launch. The project also benefits from 4,500 developers creating over 300 dApps, strong partnerships with global names, and a growing community of more than 325,000 people.

With the presale price fixed at $0.0015 in Batch 30 for only a short time, this may be one of the last major chances to buy before it closes. Once the coin lists at $0.05, BlockDAG will officially enter the market with proven adoption, strong numbers, and broad visibility. It is shaping up to be one of the best cryptos to buy in 2025.
