Galaxy Digital CEO <a href="https://36crypto.com/mike-novogratz-early-life-and-net-worth-the-vision-behind-galaxy-digital-and-the-future-of-crypto/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Mike Novogratz</a>’s recent comments on XRP have triggered a strong response from the cryptocurrency community, sparking discussions on the token’s resilience and the loyalty of its supporters.
In an interview shared by Digital Asset Investor (@digitalassetbuy) on X, Novogratz acknowledged the unwavering commitment of the XRP community, reflecting on how his stance has evolved from skepticism to respect for the project and its backers.
<a href="https://x.com/digitalassetbuy/status/1972267122626879558" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Digital Asset Investor</a> humorously suggested, “It may be time to invite @novogratz to XRP Las Vegas 2026… He’s come a long way!” with excitement building over the potential for Novogratz to share the stage with Ripple’s Brad Garlinghouse.
This shift in perspective from the CEO has captured the attention of many, further fueling debates about XRP’s place in the crypto world.
XRP, despite facing a significant legal battle, has continued to thrive thanks to its fiercely dedicated community. The so-called “XRP Army” has played a crucial role in maintaining the token’s momentum, rallying behind it throughout Ripple’s legal battle against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
As noted by John E. Deaton, a well-known advocate for XRP holders, the global nature of the community is extraordinary. 75,000 holders from 143 countries have united to support XRP’s cause.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet">
 I was criticized quite a bit for calling the XRP Army the most passionate community in Crypto. 75K holders from 143 countries around the globe joined to fight the <a href="https://twitter.com/SECGov?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">@SECGov</a>. That’s not a little thing. We coined the phrase: DECENTRALIZED JUSTICE.
 People should give <a href="https://twitter.com/novogratz?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">@novogratz</a> a lot… <a href="https://t.co/3pkvXKBOCM" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://t.co/3pkvXKBOCM</a>

Deaton coined the term “Decentralized Justice” to describe the community’s mission of challenging the legal system and fighting for XRP’s rightful place in the market.

The passionate support for XRP has become a hallmark of the project. As Deaton<a href="https://x.com/JohnEDeaton1/status/1972340558900187294" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> pointed out</a>, the XRP Army is a force that transcends typical market dynamics. Instead of simply investing in a token, these holders are driven by a sense of justice and collective purpose.
This unwavering support has allowed XRP to remain relevant, even as it navigates the complexities of the legal landscape.
In light of Novogratz’s comments, Digital Asset Investor (@digitalassetbuy) humorously suggested inviting him to the XRP Las Vegas event in 2026, acknowledging the CEO’s evolution in perspective.
The idea of seeing Novogratz share the stage with Ripple’s <a href="https://36crypto.com/brad-garlinghouse-early-life-and-net-worth-the-vision-behind-ripple-and-cryptocurrency-innovation/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Brad Garlinghouse</a> has generated excitement, with many fans eager to see these influential figures unite on such a significant platform.
While some community members remain skeptical of Novogratz’s newfound respect for XRP, others have praised his self-awareness. Deaton, for example, has lauded Novogratz for recognizing the strength of the XRP community, showing that even those who once doubted the token can come to appreciate its value.
The reaction to Novogratz’s comments underscores the immense power and loyalty of the XRP Army. Whether or not the CEO’s views will fully align with those of the community, his acknowledgment of their efforts signals a growing recognition of the influence that decentralized, passionate groups can have in the crypto space.
As XRP continues its journey, the community’s commitment remains a driving force behind its ongoing resilience.
