Is it really time to take another look at PEPE? A well-followed market commentator, Ali, pointed out that the TD Sequential indicator just flashed two buy signals on the daily chart. For traders, this type of setup often raises a big question: is the bottom finally in, or is it just another fakeout?

Ali noted that PEPE has shown back-to-back buy signals on the TD Sequential, a tool designed to spot trend exhaustion and potential reversals. In simple terms, the indicator suggests that the recent selloff may be running out of steam, giving buyers a possible entry point.

This has sparked fresh debate because PEPE has been in a clear downtrend since May. Each rally has been met with lower highs, a textbook sign of sellers staying in control. Still, oversold conditions combined with repeated support tests are often where trend shifts can begin.

What PEPE Chart Really Shows

Since May, PEPE has consistently printed lower lows and lower highs, which confirms the ongoing downtrend. Despite this, the zone around $0.00000911 has acted as a strong support multiple times.

Every time the price has touched this area, buyers have stepped in, preventing a deeper drop. Right now, the price is hovering near that same support level again. This is why the buy signal makes sense, it lines up perfectly with the market sitting at a possible reversal point.

If the support holds once more, PEPE could see a rebound toward the descending trendline that has capped rallies for months. That move would represent about a 30% jump from current levels, creating a short-term target traders may watch closely.

How High Could PEPE Go From Here?

The key question is not only whether the bounce happens, but also what comes after. A rejection at the trendline would simply keep the downtrend intact, setting up yet another cycle of lower highs. However, a breakout above the trendline could shift the market structure and attract stronger momentum buying.

A rebound from here could deliver a healthy 30% move back to resistance, though breaking past the descending trendline will be the real challenge.
