Van de Poppe, founder of MN Capital and a known strategist, conveyed his expectations via his verified X (Twitter) account. He highlighted altcoins beginning to pop and referred to a possible final easy bull cycle akin to the dot-com era.
The cryptocurrency market is seeing a return of interest in altcoins, with some already showing breakout signals. Van de Poppe cited select tokens exhibiting market structure signals that suggest they have potential for further growth in coming months.
Financial impacts include Bitcoin breaking the $112,000 mark, with major traders predicting a 40–50% further rally potential. Altcoin market cap could trigger significant growth if it breaks past the $1.10 trillion threshold, indicating robust interest and potential investment shifts.
Recent movements show altcoins gaining momentum, suggesting a shift in dominance away from BTC. Van de Poppe notes that BTC's dominance could drop from 50% to 40%, supporting a broader altcoin rally narrative.
Historical trends indicate the possibility of capital rotation. Van de Poppe and other analysts draw parallels to the dot-com bubble, with rapid capital movements into late-stage assets. Institutions continue to accumulate ETH, further supporting bullish market sentiment. "Altcoins are starting to pop left and right, signaling the onset of what he expects is a final easy bull cycle reminiscent of a dot-com style crypto bubble," Michaël van de Poppe noted. CoinSpeaker highlights current events and analysis in the cryptocurrency market. Read original article on aicryptocore.com
