The XRP community loves bold predictions, and the latest one is a fun comparison with none other than Elon Musk’s fortune. People are asking: what would XRP be worth if its entire market cap matched the net worth of the richest man in the world?

Right now, XRP price trades around $2.99 with a market cap of about $179 billion. That puts it firmly in third place behind Ethereum at $537 billion and Bitcoin at a massive $2.17 trillion.

For years, many in the XRP community have argued that the token is undervalued, and they continue to look ahead to scenarios where it commands much higher valuations.

Elon Musk’s Wealth

According to Forbes, Elon Musk’s net worth sits at roughly $415.6 billion. His wealth comes from his stakes in Tesla, SpaceX, and xAI.

He owns about 12% of Tesla, though much of it is pledged as loan collateral, and he holds 42% of SpaceX, which was valued at $350 billion in late 2024. Musk also controls 54% of xAI, which had a $50 billion valuation in November 2024.

On top of that, Tesla is one of the biggest public companies with exposure to crypto, holding more than $1.2 billion worth of Bitcoin.

With X (formerly Twitter) planning new payment features, some XRP holders speculate that Musk could one day adopt XRP in some form. Musk himself hasn’t shown much interest in XRP beyond a brief mention last year, but the idea keeps the community buzzing.

What $7 XRP Would Mean?

Here’s where things get interesting. Musk’s fortune is about 2.5 times bigger than XRP’s current market cap.

If XRP’s valuation climbed to match his $415.6 billion net worth, the token price would land around $7.

That would not only smash past its previous all-time high of $3.84 but also mean a gain of roughly 150% from today’s levels.

XRP Bold Predictions From Analysts

Some analysts and commentators think numbers like this are more than possible. Mario Nawfal recently predicted XRP price could reach $10 by the end of the year, which would give it a valuation even larger than Musk’s fortune.

Meanwhile, XRP advocate Alex Cobb has floated an even more ambitious target of $22, which would give the token a $1.3 trillion market cap, on par with companies like Facebook and Saudi Aramco.

Ripple XRP Outlook

Comparisons like this highlight just how much potential the XRP community believes the token has. Matching Elon Musk’s net worth is obviously more symbolic than a roadmap, but it helps frame just how high XRP could climb if adoption and demand accelerate.

Whether it ever gets to $7, $10, or even $22, one thing is clear: XRP price still has plenty of people betting it’s only a matter of time before it makes another historic move.
