The cryptocurrency landscape is buzzing with excitement following the Litecoin Foundation’s recent announcement. Launched this summer, Coinbase Assets now holds over 21,400 $LTC in proof of reserve for wrapped Litecoin, branded as $cbLTC. This seamless wrapped version of Litecoin, integrated into Coinbase’s Base network, is matched 1:1 with its underlying asset, enhancing DeFi liquidity and offering users the chance to earn on-chain yield.
