This program, backed by partners like the Web3 Foundation and Parity Technologies, aims to support DeFi teams with resources like liquidity, grants, and developer assistance. Nicolas Arevalo, Co-founder of Velocity Labs, stated, "At its core, this is about creating space for real innovation, not just copying and pasting the last cycle’s ideas onto a new chain.
