Boba Cat

The BobaCat community recently voted through our DAO to begin the next chapter of our journey. The most important changes:

Migration to a 0/0 tax token – more suitable for today’s market and attractive to a wider audience.

Ticker change back to $BOBA – simpler, cleaner, and easier to find.

This is a major step to make BobaCat more appealing to both crypto and non-crypto audiences. This time, we’re building for the long term, and things will turn around quickly as we execute.

Do Holders Need to Do Anything?

No. All holders — whether on centralized exchanges, hot wallets, or cold wallets — do not need to take any action.

A snapshot will be taken on September 15, 2025, at 9:00 AM UTC (same time liquidity unlocks).

Airdrop of the new $BOBA tokens will happen automatically on a 1:1 basis.

Trading is expected to open on September 16 (exact time may vary slightly by a few hours).

For MEXC users, deposits, withdrawals, and trading of PSPS will be paused starting Sep 14, 09:00 UTC. MEXC official announcement

New Contract

The new $BOBA contract is already deployed and verified: 0x6eCf5FE60e27cd03ABdBA3a19Af8dC6845A0dA58
Shortly after launch:

All limits will be removed.

Liquidity will be burned.

Liquidity Adjustment

Current LP ratio: ~17%

Target LP ratio after migration: ~10–12% (healthier for meme tokens).

This will give us more flexibility to fund buybacks, treasury, and future LP additions.

What’s Next After Migration?

We have exciting things ahead:

A new event for active communities shortly after launch.

New partnerships and increased outreach.

Revenue-generating initiatives to strengthen the project long-term.

A crystal-clear, simple BobaCat narrative designed to capture attention beyond the crypto space.

The migration sets up BobaCat for growth and greater visibility. Thank you for being part of this journey.
