Blockchain Group's return on BTC for 2025 stands at more than 1,300%, capturing the stunning rise in the value of Bitcoin in terms of share number.</p><p>Blockchain Group's recent convertible notes and bond issuances have played a pivotal role in funding these purchases, with custody by leading digital asset infrastructure companies.</p><h2 id="accounting-treatment-and-treasury-strategy">Accounting Treatment and Treasury Strategy</h2><p>Both companies keep Bitcoin as a long-term reserve asset, listing it as a non-current asset on their balance sheets.
