Lucknow, India — June 2025 — Visionary fintech entrepreneur Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui, Founder and CEO of LQUIDPAY Deobank, has been awarded the Times Leadership Award 2025, a prestigious recognition celebrating transformational leadership in the finance and technology sectors. The award arrives just weeks after LQUIDPAY was named "Best Fintech Company of the Year" by Entrepreneur Middle East, reinforcing the platform’s rising influence in the global decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
This dual recognition cements Siddiqui’s position as one of the most forward-thinking builders in fintech — a self-taught technologist from Lucknow, India, now shaping the future of finance from Dubai, with a bold mission: to bring modern banking to the 1.4 billion unbanked people across the globe.

“We are not here to digitize banking — we’re here to decentralize financial power. This award belongs to every builder, believer, and user who trusts that banking should work for them, not the other way around.”

He reiterated his commitment to expanding access to core financial tools in unbanked regions across Asia, Africa, and Latin America — where high fees, slow systems, and bureaucratic exclusion continue to leave billions behind.

Momentum Across Ventures: From DeFi Trading to Infrastructure

Shavez Ahmed Siddiqui’s portfolio of ventures reflects a coherent mission to decentralize finance at multiple layers of the stack:
