<p>Offchain Labs, the core developer behind Arbitrum, <a href="https://medium.com/offchainlabs/onchain-labs-accelerating-the-app-layer-of-arbitrum-1ac2b64eeae3">launched</a> Onchain Labs, a fresh initiative designed to expand the application layer of the <a href="https://bsc.news/post/what-is-ethereum-eth-how-it-works-explained">Ethereum</a> Layer 2 ecosystem. In collaboration with the Arbitrum Foundation, the new program will accelerate the development of onchain applications by providing direct support to developers.</p>

<p>With Arbitrum already recognized as one of the most performant and widely used Layer 2 solutions for <a href="https://bsc.news/post/decentralized-finance-defi-comprehensive-guide">DeFi</a>, Offchain Labs is now shifting its focus from infrastructure to applications. The goal is to make Arbitrum the go-to destination for cutting-edge decentralized applications (dApps).</p>

 <li>Universal Intents Engine, designed to improve Ethereum’s user experience.</li>
