<p>The Pi Network has announced one last extension to its Grace Period, which will now expire at 8:00am UTC on March 14, 2025—coinciding with the project’s sixth anniversary. This marks the final opportunity for Pioneers to verify their balances and complete the necessary steps to migrate to the Mainnet.</p>
<p>Despite multiple previous extensions intended to maximize participation, network officials have made it clear that this deadline is final. The decision comes as the network seeks to transition to its next phase without the uncertainty of large sums of unverified mobile balances.</p>

<p>The last-minute extension reflects Pi Network’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity across its global community. The recent <a href="https://minepi.com/blog/open-network/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Open Network launch</a> has rekindled interest among early adopters who were instrumental in Pi’s initial growth but may have become inactive.</p>
<p><a href="https://minepi.com/blog/grace-period-extension-mar-14/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">This extension</a> serves several purposes. It provides a final chance for early Pioneers to complete their KYC verification and migration. It maintains Pi’s foundational principle of accessibility, ensuring fair opportunity for genuine users to participate in the ecosystem. Additionally, it addresses specific corner cases by granting additional time for users facing unique challenges.</p>
<p>While striving for maximum inclusivity, Pi Network leadership emphasizes that the Grace Period must eventually conclude to ensure the network’s long-term success through proper verification and decentralization.</p>

<p>For Pi Network users, the requirements remain unchanged but now come with an unmissable deadline. To preserve your mobile balance, you must submit your KYC application and complete your Mainnet Checklist before 8:00am UTC on March 14, 2025.</p>
<p>The consequences of missing this deadline are significant. Users who fail to complete these steps risk forfeiting most of their Mobile Balance, with only Pi mined in the six months immediately preceding migration being preserved.</p>
<p>With the Open Network now launched, network officials stress that no further extensions will be granted, making immediate action essential.</p>

<p>The process for meeting Grace Period requirements is straightforward. Users need to tap the hamburger icon in the top left corner of the Pi app to open the menu, then select “Mainnet” followed by “Mainnet Checklist.”</p>
<p>Network officials are also encouraging users to remind members of their Referral Team and Security Circle to complete these requirements. This is particularly important as users will forfeit corresponding bonus mobile balance attributed to these connections if they fail to complete the Mainnet Checklist by the deadline.</p>
<p>The extension provides a last opportunity for Pi Network participants to secure their position in what is becoming one of crypto’s most widely distributed projects.</p>

The price bounced off important support at around $1.35. Since then, buyers have come in, pushing Pi upward. Now the price will have to conquer key resistance levels at around $1.94, $2.34, and $2.76 to continue to spike.</p>
