The Dogwifhat price has soared 13% in the last 24 hours to trade at $1.74 as of 7.05 a.m. EST on a 100% jump in trading volume to $478 million.

Dogwifhat Price Signals A Rebound Within A Bearish Pennant

The WIF/USD daily chart presents a compelling potential bullish reversal setup as the price approaches the key support zone around $1.70. This level has already been tested multiple times, establishing a double-bottom pattern that signals the possibility of a trend reversal. The testing of this level increases its significance, suggesting that buyers may be stepping in to prevent a further decline, setting the stage for a potential breakout.

The price has been stuck in a bearish channel since November, indicating overall downward pressure. However, recent price action shows that WIF/USD could be preparing for a shift in momentum. The current price is still above the crucial support level, indicating that the market continued to hold its ground above the $1.70 support zone.

The 200-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) at $2.38 has been acting as a significant barrier for any positive price movements. Additionally, the 50-day SMA at $2.23 provides further resistance, creating a strong zone that the bulls must break for confirmation of a bullish trend.

DogWifhat Bulls Could Drive The Price To $3

The WIF price breaking above resistance, particularly the 50-day and 200-day SMAs, could signal a shift toward a bullish trend, with potential upside reaching as high as $3.00.

The RSI (14) at 42.65 currently reflects weakening bearish momentum, which suggests that the downside pressure may be easing. The RSI is not in oversold territory yet, but its upward movement from recent lows could indicate that a recovery is already starting to take hold. This could support the idea of a bullish reversal, especially if the price manages to stay above the $1.70 support.

However, the price action remains fragile. If WIF/USD fails to hold the $1.70 support, it may face further downside pressure, with the next potential support level at $1.50. A failure to hold above this price point would be concerning for bullish traders, as it would indicate that bears are still in control.

As the Dogwifhat price gears up for another bullish rally, investors are rushing to buy Solaxy (SOLX), a new Solana-based meme coin and the first layer-2 solution on the Solana network that has raised over $10.6 million in presale funding.

Solaxy aims to address one of Solana’s most pressing issues: network congestion. By introducing an innovative layer-2 solution, Solaxy will enhance the performance of the Solana network without altering its core infrastructure. This layer-2 integration will help offload transactions from the main chain, improving scalability and reducing congestion, thus ensuring smoother and faster operations.

Solaxy will support both $ETH and $SOL with its robust scalability, describing themselves as the "world's first solana L2" this one looks quite bullish!

With $SOLX you're getting into a new Layer-2 which has an exciting #memecoin flare to it 🚀

In addition to solving performance issues, Solaxy will act as a bridge between the Solana and Ethereum blockchains. This unique approach will combine the liquidity and security of Ethereum with the speed and scalability of Solana, creating a more powerful and versatile ecosystem.

The collaboration between the two networks will not only foster growth but also enable seamless interaction between decentralized finance (DeFi) applications. This will unlock new possibilities for users and developers alike, fostering innovation and improving the overall blockchain experience.

A crypto analyst from 99Bitcoins, a well-known YouTube channel with over 719K subscribers, says Solaxy could potentially soar 100x after its official launch.

Investors can buy SOLX tokens for $0.001602 each with BNB, ETH, USDT, or a bank card. These tokens can then also be staked for a huge annual return of 330%.
