The outage was triggered by a consensus bug that caused an unexpected issue after a new update was applied to a small number of validators. To resolve this, the network was rolled back to node software version v20.0.5 to restore stability.
After the successful return, ZetaChain has resumed deposits and withdrawals, and all network functions are operating normally. The ZetaChain team expressed its commitment to maintaining reliable operations and ensuring smooth updates in the future.
