<p style="text-align: justify">Digital asset manager CoinShares announced last week that institutional crypto investors withdrew hundreds of millions of dollars from digital asset products.</p>
<h2 id="726-million-dollars-withdrawn-in-one-week">726 Million Dollars Withdrawn in One Week</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">According to CoinShares’ latest Digital Asset Fund Flows report, institutional crypto investment products experienced a withdrawal of 726 million dollars last week. This withdrawal equaled the largest amount recorded in March. CoinShares attributes this negative sentiment to stronger-than-expected macroeconomic <a href="https://newslinker.co/how-does-artificial-intelligence-work/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" data-wpel-link="exclude">data</a> announced the previous week. This data increased the likelihood of a 25 basis point <a href="https://finance.coin-turk.com/" data-wpel-link="exclude" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">interest rate</a> cut by the US Federal Reserve.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">The US region experienced the largest loss with 721 million dollars in withdrawals, while Canada recorded a withdrawal of 28 million dollars. Germany and Switzerland provided inflows of 16.3 million and 3.2 million dollars, respectively. Bitcoin investment products saw the largest loss with 643 million dollars in withdrawals. Ethereum followed in second place with approximately 100 million dollars in withdrawals.</p>

<h2 id="solana-stands-out-positively">Solana Stands Out Positively</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify"><a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/solana-network-achieves-record-new-user-growth/" data-wpel-link="internal" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Solana</a> was the asset with the highest inflow, receiving 6.2 million dollars. This positive distinction stood out during a period when other digital assets experienced significant withdrawals.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">The slowdown in weekly fund flows occurred alongside employment data failing to meet expectations. This situation led to a split in the markets regarding a 50 basis point interest rate cut. Markets are now awaiting the Consumer Price Index (CPI) inflation report to be announced on Tuesday. If inflation comes in below expectations, a 50 basis point interest rate cut may become more likely.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">While significant withdrawals were noted in the US and Canada regions, inflows from Germany and Switzerland played a balancing role. Major digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum experienced substantial withdrawals, while some assets like Solana stood out positively.</p>
