On August 9, Buterin moved 3,000 ETH, which is approximately $8.04 million to the said wallet.</p><p>Later on, the multisig wallet exchanged 190 ETH for 477,000 USDC, a stablecoin that is tied to the U.S. dollar. The circumstances behind these swaps and the exchange of ETH for USDC remains unclear.
