<p>The only remaining claim is a single state law issue from an individual who did not purchase XRP directly from Ripple and is unsure if statements made by Ripple’s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, in a 2017 interview influenced their buying decision.</p> 
<p>Lord Crypto expressed optimism about these developments, stating, <em>“So as far as victories go, we are close to the finish line and I’m happy for the Ripple team.”</em></p>

<p>XRP is currently in a downtrend, having experienced a bearish breakout from an Ascending Triangle pattern and falling below the $0.50 support level. The next potential support lies at $0.42.</p>
