<a href="https://coingape.com/xrp-community-lashes-out-as-sec-gives-free-pass-to-ethereum-on-security-status/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Bill Morgan,</a> a member of the XRP community, has criticized the SEC for what he sees as unequal treatment between Ethereum and Ripple. He pointed out that Ethereum has received favorable treatment since the Hinman speech, which declared it a non-security.
