In a harrowing turn of events, Solana developer and meme coin pioneer Mikol sustained third-degree burns during a live promotional event for his new cryptocurrency, “Truth or Dare” (DARE).&nbsp; 
The incident occurred when Mikol, in an effort to create a viral moment, doused himself with isopropyl alcohol and ignited fireworks directed towards him by friends. Tragically, the stunt escalated quickly as he caught fire.

Things got worse when the use of water bottles to put out the fire did not work, and the group had to make a call to the emergency services. Mikol was taken to a trauma center where it was established that about thirty percent of his body had third-degree burns.
