<p>The cryptocurrency markets have seen some pullback recently, with Bitcoin down around 10% on the week and Ethereum dipping nearly 8% following the disappointment around the Hong Kong ETF launches. However, this market adjustment could present opportunities in certain altcoin categories.</p>
<p>One area gaining traction is gaming tokens and web3 gaming projects. Immutable X's co-founder Robbie Ferguson believes web3 gaming will be massive, with nearly $20 billion invested into games and gaming platforms in the last four years alone. Projects like Mavia with its upcoming Ruby Marketplace for microtransactions and SolanaGamers like Honeyland enabling in-game staking are ones to watch.</p>

<p>Another promising domain is real-world assets (RWAs) and tokenizing real estate. Propy, described as a "RedFin for crypto" that can handle real estate transactions, is an intriguing play in this space, especially with Coinbase starting to track RWAs. Established RWA projects like ChainLink and decentralized identity solutions like Pit Network are also worth considering.</p>
<p>AI tokens could be the next narrative driver, with projects like Anthropic's Constitutional AI making waves. Avalanche is integrating AI startup Stripe's fiat-to-crypto onramp, while AI-focused tokens like Metaverse AI's Prime continue gaining attention.</p>
<p>Lastly, while Bitcoin and Ethereum may consolidate further, major altcoin platforms like Solana (currently around $124) and Avalanche (around $28) could present attractive entry points for investors looking to dollar-cost average into these "blue chip" layer-1 plays.</p>
<p>While markets remain choppy, carefully evaluated altcoin opportunities across gaming, RWAs, AI, and top platforms could allow astute investors to accumulate ahead of the next major bull cycle.</p>
