This surge in bearish bets holds important implications for Bitcoin, especially as it faces resistance near its all-time highs. Presently, Bitcoin is trading at <a href="https://markets.coinpedia.org/bitcoin/">$65,503</a>, marking a 5.5% decline over the past week. 
According to the latest data from the CFTC, hedge funds and other major investors are making more bets than ever that Bitcoin’s price will go down.
