Bitcoin (BTC) rose past $70,000 during the week, pushing other top cryptocurrencies to make notable price movements. While some recorded gains, others registered losses. Out of the top 20 coins Ripple (XRP) was one of those who failed to put up a good show.
Seven days ago, the <a href="https://coinedition.com/ripple-xrp-price-prediction/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">price of XRP</a> was around $0.61. At press time, the value changed hands at $0.62. However, it was not the same for meme coins like <a href="https://coinedition.com/shiba-inu-shib-price-prediction/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Shiba Inu (SHIB)</a> and Dogecoin (DOGE).
Within the same timeframe, <a href="https://coinedition.com/dogecoin-doge-price-prediction/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">DOGE’s price</a> jumped 29.82%, making it the best performer among the group. SHIB, on the other hand, climbed by 10.61% as it attempted to get back into the top 10.
