In doing so, the exchange added to the liquidity and accessibility of the altcoin. Notably, Binance decided to attach a seed tag to PYTH, a practice it employs for lower-liquidity projects that may exhibit higher volatility compared to other tokens listed on the platform.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This labeling strategy is part of Binance’s risk management approach, as it requires users who hold assets with seed tags to pass quizzes every 90 days. The aim is to ensure that traders are well informed about the potential risks associated with these tokens before engaging in trading activities.</p>
