<p>The journey toward introducing an automated market maker (AMM) to XRP’s blockchain is becoming more evident as more network validators have pledged to vote in favor of its implementation.</p> 
<p>In a recent post on X, Panos Mekras, co-founder of Anodos Finance, called attention to the release of Rippled version 2.0.1, XRPL’s server software. With the updates accompanying the new version release, Mekras expressed confidence that the arrival of the proposed <a href="https://coinedition.com/ripple-cto-breaks-down-the-cryptic-mechanism-of-xrpl-amm/">AMM amendment on the XRP Ledger</a> was now within closer reach than ever before.</p>
