The world’s largest&nbsp;<a href="https://coingape.com/blog/binance-exchange-review/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">crypto exchange Binance</a> on Wednesday said it is listing several crypto in USDC pairs on Binance Spot. Binance plans to add new spot trading pairs for major crypto including Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX), Polkadot (DOT),&nbsp;and Polygon (MATIC). Users can start trading the new spot trading pairs at 08:00 UTC on December 12. 
<h2 id="binance-adds-major-crypto-in-usdc-pairs">Binance Adds Major Crypto in USDC Pairs</h2> 
Crypto exchange Binance in an official&nbsp;<a href="https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/notice-on-new-trading-pairs-on-binance-spot-2023-12-28-6c2fd758669944fb9b11689ebb49070e" target="_blank" rel="noopener">announcement </a>on December 27 revealed new spot trading pairs against Circle’s USD Coin (USDC). The move comes as the crypto exchange looks to end BUSD support and expand support for multiple stablecoins. 
Binance will list key crypto spot pairs such as ADA/USDC, ARB/USDC, AVAX/USDC, DOT/USDC, INJ/USDC, MATIC/USDC, OP/USDC, ORDI/USDC, SOL/USDC and XRP/USDC. The crypto exchange kicks off with the most popular coins on the market, which are currently experiencing a lot of trading activity. 
In October, Binance announced bringing back support for native <a href="https://coingape.com/binance-expands-usdc-support-on-polygon-network-with-circle/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">USDC stablecoin on the Polygon</a> blockchain network. The exchange also said that it would soon open the deposits and withdrawals for USDC. 
In mid-2022, Binance announced that it would discontinue support for various stablecoins including USDC. Instead, the top exchange will prefer its own token BUSD for stablecoin based transactions. However, the SEC-led crackdown of BUSD pushed Binance to end BUSD support.

CoinGape earlier <a href="https://coingape.com/binance-announces-ada-avax-doge-link-matic-crypto/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a> that Binance has added ADA/FDUSD, AEUR/USDT, AVAX/FDUSD, DIA/USDT, DOGE/FDUSD, IOTX/ETH, LINK/FDUSD, MATIC/FDUSD, OM/USDT, and POLS/USDT cross margin pairs. 
<a href="https://coingape.com/price/solana" target="_blank" rel="noopener">SOL fell</a> over 1% in the last 24 hours, with the price currently trading at $112.23. The 24-hour low and high are $104.73 and $116.90, respectively. 
<a href="https://coingape.com/price/xrp" target="_blank" rel="noopener">XRP price</a> jumped nearly 1% to $0.624 after the announcement. The 24-hour low and high are $0.608 and $0.631, respectively. However, trading volume has decreased slightly in the last 24 hours. 
Other crypto including Cardano, Avalanche, Polkadot, and Polygon prices also witnessing uptick. <a href="https://coingape.com/price/polygon" target="_blank" rel="noopener">MATIC price</a> has rallied over 20% to $1.07.
